Ukhta - Torzhok and Ukhta - Torzhok - 2 gas pipelines are of key importance for development of the Unified Gas Supply System of Russia in the corridor from the Yamal Peninsula to the Gulf of Finland. They are designed to deliver additional gas volumes to the North-West of Russia for gas supply and gasification of domestic consumers and export supplies.
Constructing of Ukhta-Torzhok-2 gas pipeline began in 2015. The gas pipeline was commissioned in 2018.
PTPA manufactured the batch of Fully-Welded Ball Valves DN 300, 700 and 1000 mm controlled by own-made gearbox and electric hydraulic actuator in full accordance with the STO Gazprom requirements.
The project "Development of gas transportation capacities of the North-West Region UGSS, Gryazovets - Slavyanskaya CS section" was implemented to ensure gas supply to the Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline starting point.
The Slavyanskaya CS is designed to supply gas to the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline offshore section, which will deliver gas to Greifswald (Germany) via two 1,200 km long pipes laid along the Baltic Sea bed.
For that project, PTPA manufactured and and delivered Ball Valves DN 800 and 1200 controlled by pneumohydraulic actuator and electrohydraulic actuator.
The Amur Gas Processing Plant (GPP) in the SvobodnyDistrict ,Amur Region, will become the largest natural gas processing company in Russia and the second largest in the world. This plant will be important link in the processl chain of future natural gas supplies to China through the Power of Siberia gas pipeline.
PTPA together with the international EPC contractor Teknimont Russia during construction of Amur GPP supplied Ball Valves with diameter of 50 to 1400 mm and Forged Check Valves for installation at supply pipelines.
- Bovanenkovskoye oil and gas condensate field is the largest Yamal field in terms of explored gas reserves, foundation of new gas production center on the Peninsula, which in the future will become one of the main one for the Russian gas industry development.
- Zapolyarnoye oil and gas condensate field is one of the largest in terms of reserves and the most powerful in gas production in Russia. When developing the Zapolyarnoye field, Gazprom used advanced technical solutions and advanced equipment with high reliability resource, designed for operation in severe climatic conditions.
- Medvezhye gas field is the oldest in the region and unique in terms of reserves.
