Design Features: Side entry or Top Entry; • Forged body; • Wear resistant overlay on sealing surfaces; • Full bore (piggable) or Reduced bore.

Size range: 2” to 24”
Other sizes available on request (project specific design)

Pressure Class: ANSI 600, 900, 1500, 2500

Water depth: up to 1000 meters (greater depth upon project requirement).

Certifications: API 6DSS, ASME VIII Division 1 and 2, ASME B16.34, ASME B16.10, ASME B16.5, and specific Customer specifications.

Seat design: • Soft or Metal Seated; • SPE or DPE Seats (or mixed SPE/DPE)

Materials: • Carbon steel (low alloy carbon steel) with partial or full CRA overlay on the wetted areas; • Stainless steel; • Duplex and Super duplex stainless steel; • Nickel Alloys.
 
Operators: • ROV operated Gear (with retrievable option); • Quarter turn Hydraulic actuators (optional ROV override); • Electric Multiturn. 

Connections: • Flanges (to ASME B16.5 up to 24” and B16.47A for 26” and larger); • Compact Flanges; • Buttweld ends; • Hub ends for clamped connections (as per customer requirement).
